Production Manager

 

Mark brings over 30 years of experience in theatre and joined APA as Production Manager for WOMADelaide festival in 2015. His extensive experience includes touring small and large companies and working projects of all sizes & budgets.

Prior to 2014 Mark was Technical Manager at the Adelaide Festival Centre workshop working on the lighting and scenery electrics for many large scale productions including Billy Elliot, Dr Zivago, King Kong, Lion King, Miss Saigon, Phantom of the Opera, Strictly Ballroom, Cats, Hairspray, Les Miserables, Love Never Dies, Once, Spamalot and Wicked.

Over 2010-2013 Mark worked as production project manager for the WOMADelaide site production of Company Luc Amoros Blank Page, The Boy Castaways and Sasha Regans Pirates of Penzance.

He was the Production Electrician for the State Opera of South Australia (2004-2006) The Ring Cycle, Lighting Manager on Diamanda Galas (2003) and toured Asia and Australia during 1984-1996 with many of the large musicals as the Production Electrician for Les Miserables, Miss Saigon, Cats, Joseph & Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat. Mark even has Moscow Circus experience in the early days with Michael Edgley International.
